Facility Rentals

Fair Hall

2900 sq. ft. including banquet hall/meeting room, complete kitchen, accessible restrooms, year-round heat and air conditioning. We have 30 banquet tables (96" x 30") and about 175 folding chairs. This building is excellent for meetings, wedding receptions, class reunions, family get-togethers, auctions, etc.

• Rate is $200/day (8:00 AM to Midnight)
• $75 additional to get the key at 6 PM the night before
• Deposit is $50 (refundable) and a Certificate of Insurance is required

Show Pavilion/Rodeo Arena

Approximately 100 x 180 ft. covered working arena with sound system and bleacher seating for 1,000. Suitable for rodeos, horse and livestock shows, auctions, concerts, flea markets, etc. Horse stalls, wash rack, campground (water, electrical, dump station), restrooms, showers, plenty of parking space. Please contact us for pricing, depending on your requirements.

• Rate is $350/day
• Deposit is $100 (refundable) and a Certificate of Insurance is required
• Stall rent in Pavilion is $15/day/stall

Horse Arena

Other Buildings

• Veatch Shelter - $75/day + $50 (refundable) deposit and a Certificate of Insurance is required
• Hog Barn - $75/day + $50 (refundable) deposit and a Certificate of Insurance is required
• Blue Ribbon Barn - $75/day + $50 (refundable) deposit and a Certificate of Insurance is required
• Horse Barn - Rented per stall only, $15/stall/day if renter cleans stalls to center aisle or $25/stall/day if DCAS cleans the stalls
• Jr. Livestock Pavilion - $250/day + $100 (refundable) deposit and a Certificate of Insurance is required

• Grandstand Building - $150/day + $50 (refundable) deposit and a Certificate of Insurance is required. Includes use of concession stand EXCEPT NO USE OF SOFT-SERVE MACHINE PERMITTED.
• Food Service/Vendor Trailer Hookups - $10/hour for up to and including 50A/220V service with approval of request made to DCAS rental committee.

Camping

• Must have camping pass - available in Fair Office (hookups are locked until camping pass is obtained)
• With electrical - $15/camping unit/night
• Non-electric - $7/camping unit/night
• Hook-ups for day of event - $5/day

Winter Storage

Season rates for November 1 through March 1:

• Units up through 35 feet = $100 for entire season
• Units 36 feet and longer = $125 for entire season
• Fees must be paid in full by the end of the first full week of November in order to reserve spot

Fairgrounds

We have a large open area good for most any outdoor event such as car shows, machinery auctions, etc.

• Exclusive rental rights (your event will be the only event allowed on the Fairgrounds during your rental period) is $400/day, including restrooms. Use of buildings is NOT included in the exclusive rental rights price. Buildings may be rented at the rates listed above.
• Deposit is $100 (refundable) and a Certificate of Insurance is required
