Campers may start parking at the fairgrounds on Sunday Sept 14.  Camping is by donation.  Electric sites are available.

SUNDAY September 14

All day: Fellowship and jamming with friends old and new.
6 PM: Potluck Dinner at stand next to Fair Office.

MONDAY September 15

All day: Fellowship and jamming with friends old and new.
1-4 PM: Bingo in the 4-H Building.
2:30 PM: Ice Cream Break in grandstand building for 1 hour.

TUESDAY September 16

All day: Fellowship and jamming with friends old and new.
7-9 AM: Breakfast in grandstand building.
1-4 PM: Bingo in 4-H Building.
2:30 PM: Ice Cream Break in grandstand building for 1 hour.

WEDNESDAY September 17

All day: Fellowship and jamming with friends old and new.
Breakfast 7-9 AM in grandstand building.
10 AM: Workshops: Guitar-Ryman stage, Dobro-Veatch stage, Banjo-Main stage.
1-4 PM: Bingo in 4-H Building.
2:30 PM: Ice cream break in grandstand building for 1 hour.
5:30-8 PM: Soups & Sandwiches, Ice Cream & Sundaes in grandstand building. Closes at 9 PM.
7 PM: Gospel Show at Veatch stage (country stage area).

THURSDAY September 18

All day: Fellowship and jamming with friends old and new.
Breakfast 7-9 AM in grandstand building.
10 AM: Workshops: Guitar-Ryman stage, Dobro-Veatch stage, Banjo-Main stage.
1-4 PM: Bingo in 4-H building.
2:30 PM: Ice cream break in grandstand building for 1 hour.
5:30-8 PM: Ham & Beans with Cornbread, Sandwiches, Ice Cream & Sundaes in grandstand building. Closes at 9 PM.
7 PM: Band Jamble on Main Stage. Sign up at 6 PM.

FRIDAY September 19

All day: Fellowship and jamming with friends old and new.
7 AM-10 PM: Concession stand in grandstand building open w/specific times for meals.

Breakfast 7-9 AM
Lunch 11:30-2 PM - Sandwiches, Walking Tacos, Ice Cream & Sundaes
Supper 5:30-8 PM - Chicken & Noodles, Potatoes, Green Beans, Roll.
Also Sandwiches, Pie, Ice Cream & Sundaes.
Limited menu available at other times.

10 AM: Workshops: Guitar-Ryman stage, Dobro-Veatch stage, Banjo-Main stage.
10 AM-noon: Signup for Main stage shows in the Main stage pavilion.
1-4 PM:Bingo in 4-H building.
5-5:30 PM: Kitchen closed to set up for evening meal.
6:30 PM: Stage show begins in Main stage pavilion.

SATURDAY September 20

All day: Fellowship and jamming with friends old and new.
7 AM-10 PM: Concession stand in grandstand building open w/specific times for meals.

Breakfast 7-9 AM
Lunch 11:30-2 PM - Beef/Macaroni Goulash, Sandwiches, Pie, Ice Cream & Sundaes
Supper 5:30-8 PM - Soups, Sandwiches, Pie, Ice Cream & Sundaes
Limited menu available at other times.

10 AM: Kids show Main stage in pavilion. Kid’s workshop to follow-same place.
10 AM-Noon: Sign up for Main stage shows in the Main stage pavilion.
5-5:30 PM: Kitchen closed to set up for evening meal of soup & sandwiches.
TBA: Start time for stage show in Main stage pavilion will depend on how many sign up. Keep an eye on the board for times.

SUNDAY September 21

Breakfast 7-9:30 AM in grandstand building.
9 AM: Sunday Worship Services at Veatch stage.

THURSDAY...6:30 PM TO 9 PM
FRIDAY.. 6 PM UNTIL PERFORMANCE IS OVER
SATURDAY.. 6 PM UNTIL PERFORMANCE IS OVER
